In 2009, Abdul Waheed Trust was registered as a non-political, non-profit welfare organization that primarily deals with the welfare, health, and well-being of the general population. It seeks to serve the poor and needy by the establishment of health-related institutions and hospitals to provide free treatment to the deserving segment of the Society. The Trust has mainly been funded by Mr. Abdul Waheed Sheikh, a seasoned Health administrator, and philanthropist. He is known for his contribution in the field of Health Services delivery for over two decades. He has been on the advisory board of Pakistan Red Crescent in addition to establishing and successfully running Aadil Hospital Lahore

With continued progress, Abdul Waheed Trust now successfully runs the following organizations together with others. These facilities are efficiently organized, ideally equipped, and proficiently managed to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the Trust.
