Avicenna Hospital provides free medical facilities to the community under the Sehat Sahulat Program of the Government of Pakistan. Free medical treatment including Gynaecology, Surgery, Radiology and Lab diagnostic and medicines are provided free of cost to all patients holding Sehat Insaf Card. The patients are also given medicines for three days upon discharge from the hospital. Additionally, a stipend of Rs. 1000/ is given to all patients on account of their transport expenses. In case of death of any patient during his stay at the hospital, the patient’s family is given Rs. 10,000 in cash to facilitate them for burial expense. Pakistan Association of Private Medical & Dental Institutions (PAMI) is an organisation consisting of members from all Private Meical and Dental Colleges from Pakistan.
